We are looking for an experienced Integration Product Manager to architect and design seamless integrations between Workday HCM and Cornerstone systems. This role involves translating complex business requirements into simplified, harmonized, and sustainable industry-standard solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively across IT, business teams, and vendors, ensuring the design, build, and testing phases align with project objectives.

Strong expertise in integration design and project management lifecycle is essential to succeed in this role.

A Typical Day Might Include the Following: 1. Architecting and designing integrations between Workday HCM and Cornerstone systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with industry standards.

- Translating business requirements into simplified and sustainable technical solutions.
- Collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment during design, build, and testing phases.
- Facilitating discussions between cross-functional teams to harmonize technical and business goals.
- Supporting testing efforts, including unit,



integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Monitoring post-production activities and ensuring continuous improvement of integration solutions.
- Applying project management methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Job Requirements • Proven expertise in architecting and designing integrations for HCM systems, particularly Workday and Cornerstone.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard integration practices and sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle and methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and harmonized solutions that align with business requirements.
- Experience with integration technologies and tools relevant to Workday and Cornerstone systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with IT, business teams, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex requirements into simplified solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to work from home environments.
