About the Role: As a Product Management Intern, you'll work directly with the Founder on building and improving Hirearn's products. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to solve real business problems.

Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze user feedback

- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate with developers and designers
- Test new features before release
- Improve user experience and product flows




- Track product metrics and suggest improvements
- Assist in planning product roadmap

Requirements: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Curiosity to learn and take ownership
- Basic understanding of technology/startups is a plus
- Passion for building products users love
