Job Summary: As a Product Documentation Analyst, you will play a key role in keeping product documentation accurate, organised, and up-to-date across all MoreTasks brands and verticals. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will document product requirements, maintain structured documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that product decisions, scoping, and follow-ups are clearly captured. Your work will help the product, design, and development teams stay aligned and deliver efficiently.

Key responsibilities: -

Organise and Own Product Documentation

● Maintain a single, well-structured home for all product documentation across MoreTasks brands and verticals, so any team member can find what they need without asking.

● Keep PRDs, feature specs, user flows, and meeting notes clean, versioned, and up to date as products evolve.

● Set up and enforce a consistent structure, naming, and tagging system in Outline and Google Docs so documentation stays organised as it grows.





● Turn rough notes, calls, and discussions into explicit written records the team can rely on.

● Flag documentation that is outdated, missing, or contradictory before it causes confusion downstream. Support the Product Manager

● Work directly with the Product Manager on day-to-day scoping, research, and follow-ups.

● Follow up with Design, Tech, QA, and Content to chase pending inputs and keep work moving.

● Track open items, decisions, and action points so nothing gets lost between meetings.

● Take ownership of the small, unglamorous tasks that keep the product function running smoothly.

What we are looking for

● Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets, and quick to learn tools like Jira and Outline.

● Detail-orientated, with a sharp eye for inconsistencies and gaps.

● Curious about how products are built and eager to learn from the Product Manager.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
