Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for the talent experience management platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to support team growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with database design, management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
