Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Machine Learning to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the implementation of innovative machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple machine learning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and machine learning methodologies.





Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in machine learning concepts and project management techniques.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in machine learning to inform project strategies and decisions.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.

Proven experience in managing large-scale machine learning projects.

Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with data engineering and data pipeline development.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on machine learning and data science projects.

Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
