Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Machine Learning to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the implementation of innovative machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple machine learning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in project management and machine learning methodologies.




- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in machine learning concepts and project management techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in machine learning to inform project strategies and decisions.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid expertise in Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale machine learning projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with data engineering and data pipeline development.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology-driven organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on machine learning and data science projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
