Eligibility / Skills Required

- 1. Diploma / Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Good documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a hands-on lab workplace for product testing.
- Ability to develop relationships with CCTV dealers and System Integrators (SI) for market information gathering.
- Basic understanding network protocols (TCP/IP, RTSP), CCTV cameras, Recorders, Electronic Security and Access devices.

- 1. Manage end-to-end Pan-India regulatory compliance and product certifications, including BIS, WPC (ETA), IMEI, VAPT, and other applicable approvals.
- Lead the complete certification lifecycle with authorities, labs, vendors,



factories, and HQ teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Logistics, Legal, and HQ teams for compliance and customization.
- Manage EPR compliance (E-Waste & Plastic Waste) including CPCB/SPCB coordination and targets.
- Monitor regulatory updates and train internal stakeholders. 6.

Maintain dashboards: Internal portals for various work requirements, BIS tracker and reports.

- Conduct market visits for competitor and technology insights.
- Perform product testing and prepare reports. .
