Position Summary

The Central Production Producer is responsible for managing and driving cross-functional production operations across multiple game teams and central teams. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless collaboration between Development, QA, Tech Heads, and Central Functions teams.

The Producer will act as a bridge between game teams and central support teams, facilitating smooth execution, aligning priorities, resolving dependencies, and ensuring operational efficiency across projects. The individual is expected to manage day-to-day production activities, track deliverables, balance timelines, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders while supporting agile development practices.

The role demands the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, proactively identify bottlenecks, facilitate discussions, and drive execution to ensure production goals are met. The Producer should be capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and studio objectives.

● Ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines, as well as with upper management

● Must lead by example and demonstrated the ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision

● Proven experience managing schedules and requirements to implement desired features

● Proactive in finding new ways to problem solve and work with resolutions

● Unrelenting self-motivation, positive attitude, and initiative

● Proven conflict management and evaluation, mitigation and risk resolution

● Knowledge about the game development process and industry trends at large

Requirements

Work Experience and Skills

● Experience shipping two or more major game titles at the Producer level

● 5 years of game development experience in an internal development Production role.

● Robust knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

● Understands the gaming space and general metrics that are used to define a product growth trajectory.

● Proficiency with project management and version control software tools such as Confluence and Jira.

● A demonstrated understanding of various Production methodologies is required.
