Company: Envi Pack India Private Limited Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective We are looking for a sharp, negotiation-savvy Procurement Executive to manage our sustainable luxury brand EnviHome. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard reliable suppliers for lifestyle products (cutlery, textiles, home decor, Toys).

Vendor Management:



Maintain a robust database of vendors; conduct regular audits for quality, lead times, and ethical manufacturing practices. Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure maximum profitability and lean inventory costs.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the warehouse team to inspect incoming goods and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues with suppliers.

Inventory Coordination: Forecast demand alongside the sales team to ensure optimum stock levels, preventing both stockouts and overstocking.

Market Research: Stay updated on price trends. Responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, including strategic sourcing, vendor procurement, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability while maximizing profit margins.

Candidate Profile Experience: 1-2 years in procurement, preferably in the Packaging, FMCG, or Home Decor industry,D2C,NPD Experience is prefered.

Skills: Solid understanding of GST, supply chain logistics, and purchase order (PO) management.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Kannada is required; Hindi is a major plus.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP) and Zoho Books.

Mindset: A "cost-owner" mentality with a passion for sustainable and eco-friendly products.
