Manage end-to-end sourcing projects that can range from low complexity sole sourced incumbent project to higher complexity competitive projects. You will be required to work directly with the client stakeholders as well as internal Accenture stakeholders and global suppliers. You may be required to take up certain non-project related assignments as well.

Agile

Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable.

Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes.



This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for?

- Strong experience in the sourcing and category management domain 2. Experienced in supplier negotiations 3. Experienced in managing global client and internal stakeholders 4. Strong communication skills and presentation skills 5. Adept in RFI/RFP and Spend analytics 6. Experienced in using e-sourcing tools 7. Preferred category experience- Industrial Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, and Travel/Fleet 8. A dynamic individual who carries a professional and positive attitude at work 1. Usage of Agentic AI Tools Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments

Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside

Individual would work in an individual contributor role

Please note that this role requires you to work in a fixed shift from 3:00pm - 12:00am (IST)
