Agile
Sourcing involves quickly and efficiently finding and acquiring resources or services needed for a project. This includes identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery. The goal is to support agile project management by being responsive and adaptable.
Responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. This role is essential for keeping projects on track and within budget. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only)
and how to develop, execute and analyze the results.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for? Robust knowledge of tactical and strategic sourcing processes with the ability to deliver measurable savings outcomes.
Experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects, including: Sourcing strategy development Supplier identification and evaluation Market research and spend analysis RFI, RFP, and RFQ management Supplier negotiations Commercial evaluations and award recommendations Supplier contract execution Passion for continuous learning and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills, including: Numerical analysis using spreadsheets and data tools Contract and document review Converting data and findings into actionable recommendations Knowledge of procurement tools such as: SAP SD/MM SAP Ariba Coupa Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
