About the Role

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the procurement and purchasing operations for our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Manage the complete purchase cycle, from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams for material planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, vendor evaluations,



and MIS reports.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and maintain uninterrupted material supply for projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and procurement software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Expertise in commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and material planning.
- Strong understanding of local and national supplier networks.
- Cost optimization and budget management skills.
