Procurement & Inventory Control Executive - Location: Coimbatore - Industry: Apparel / Garment Manufacturing - Experience: 6 Months 1 Year About the Role We are looking for a Procurement & Inventory Control Executive to support our Printing & Embroidery Unit. The role involves managing procurement activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely availability of chemicals, dyes, trims, consumables, and other production materials.

Key Responsibilities - Process purchase requisitions and create Purchase Orders (POs).

- Ensure timely procurement of chemicals, dyes, trims, consumables, and other production materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and material consumption.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
- Track slow-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory.
- Coordinate with Stores,



Production, and Finance for smooth material flow.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and inventory SOPs.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Procurement, Inventory Control, or Stores.
- Experience in the Apparel/Garment Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
