We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support day-to-day procurement and vendor management activities. The role includes vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, delivery tracking, and maintaining procurement records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement to PO and delivery.
- Source and evaluate vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and conduct basic commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation and vendor performance.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries and pending requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database and spend reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes and SOPs.
- Identify cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR,



Facilities and other internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- 1–2 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sourcing.
- Good negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Positive understanding of P2P/procurement processes.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within timelines.
- Experience in IT/technology procurement is an added advantage.
