About the Role

Skyline Infraworld Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Expert to manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for our infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and a sound understanding of procurement processes within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual obligations.
- Track market trends, material prices,



and supplier availability to optimize procurement costs.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in procurement for construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and procurement management software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tendering will be an added advantage.
