– Procurement Specialist (Corporate Gifting) Department: Procurement Designation: Procurement Specialist – Corporate Gifting Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Head – Procurement Experience: 2–3 Years Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Procurement Specialist with experience in the Corporate Gifting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing creative products, developing a strong vendor network, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring product quality, and supporting the sales team with creative gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor sourcing and management across India.
- Build and maintain a strong Pan India vendor network.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance.
- Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms and delivery.
- Coordinate product customization, branding and packaging.
- Ensure product quality through effective quality control.
- Develop relationships with leading corporate gifting brands and distributors.
- Source customized non-branded products through local manufacturers.
- Recommend creative gifting options based on customer industry and budget.
- Onboard vendors as per company procurement policies and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales for samples, quotations and sourcing support.
- Monitor market trends and innovative gifting solutions.
Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years of procurement/sourcing experience in Corporate Gifting or related industries.
Required Skills Excellent vendor sourcing, negotiation, customization, branding coordination, quality control, communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP.
