Experienc

- eMinimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO environment
- .Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes
- .Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following
- :Fraud Operation
- sCredit Card Service
- sFraud Prevention & Detectio
- nChargebacks & Dispute
- sRisk & Compliance Operation
- sPayment Processing Operation

Key Responsibilitie

- sDeliver Current Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs
- .Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions
- .Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives




- .Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners

Additional Requirement (1 Position

)

One Trainer should possess proven experience in Content Development and Instructional Design, including

- :Designing and developing training content for Fraud Operations and Mastercard processes
- .Creating learner guides, facilitator guides, SOPs, process maps, simulations, and job aids
- .Developing e-learning and micro-learning modules
- .Managing content governance and version control
- .Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning impact assessments
