- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Trainer (Sales or Collection Process) in Call center.
- Candidate must proficient in Hindi (speak) and English language.
- Soft skill training working experience.
- Valuable interpersonal skill. Strong understanding of and experience in product training preferably in domestic BPO domain Good in PPT & Excel..
