Roles And Responsibilities





- Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees on processes, systems, and soft skills
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and other forms of feedback
- Develop training materials such as presentations, handbooks, and learning aids
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process training
