We're Hiring | Process Trainer - BFSI Fraud operations
Location: Indore
Working Days: 5 days a week | 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver New Hire, Refresher, and Process Training programs.
- Conduct assessments, certifications, and coaching interventions.
- Support nesting and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness of learners.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of training experience in an International BPO workplace.
- Minimum 1 year of exposure to BFSI processes.
- Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Fraud Operations
- Credit Card Services
- Fraud Prevention & Detection
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Risk & Compliance Operations
- Payment Processing Operations
