Role Description The Process Supervisor internship role is an on-site position based in Gurugram, focused on supporting day-to-day production and process control activities. Interns will assist in monitoring manufacturing workflows, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and reporting deviations or bottlenecks to senior supervisors.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing basic process data, helping implement improvement actions, coordinating with production and quality teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves supporting safety and housekeeping standards, participating in daily review meetings,



and learning to use relevant tools and systems for tracking output and quality. This internship is designed to be full-time during the engagement period, providing hands-on exposure to automotive fastener manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures, production schedules, and basic process documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with capability to observe processes, identify issues, and report findings clearly.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with numerical data and simple process metrics.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with production, quality, and maintenance personnel.
- Willingness to work in office in a shop-floor setting, following safety guidelines and using protective equipment as required.
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing concepts such as workflow, cycle time, and quality checks is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, openness to learning, and ability to take direction while gradually managing tasks independently.
