Key requirements for QA:-

- Experience in Contract drafting / Creating / Validating
- The Quality Specialist shall be responsible for Service Delivery Quality in the areas assigned
- Perform activities delegated as per Service Quality Plan
- Identify metrics to be tracked for the processes, Report the Table F performance on monthly basis
- Perform root cause identification of process failures and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Understanding Process of Transaction Monitoring, Validation of Sampling Plan on Qtr. basis, Random audit of TM process on key controls like %age audit, Sampling method adherence
- Process Management: Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
- Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills
- Ability to or have handled Client Governance
- End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
- Prior exposure to the Petrochemicals industry is advantageous

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Strong communication skills with experience in engaging both internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in Quote and Order Management
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, including handling disputes and returns
- Proficient in SAP and familiar with its application in supply chain processes
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

- Must be open to working in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
- Required to work in office on all working days
