We are looking for a Process Engineering Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes in the General Assembly Shop.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize assembly processes for vehicle production.

- Create and maintain JES (Job Element Sheets), PFMEA, and process documentation.

- Manage and validate MBOM and EBOM structures.

- Work with Teamcenter, 3D manufacturing tools, and engineering data.

- Support selection, setup, and validation of tightening tools and assembly equipment.

- Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and process capability studies.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Support current vehicle launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.

- 28 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing or General Assembly.

- Strong knowledge of JES, PFMEA, MSA, Teamcenter, MBOM, EBOM, 3D tools, tightening systems, and problem-solving methodologies.

- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
