Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, process improvement initiatives, and quality control methods. This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and environmental standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines using G-code and M-code
- Operate and oversee machining processes: turning, milling, grinding, drilling
- Implement corrective actions to address rejections and rework
- Monitor and achieve departmental performance targets
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve process optimization, equipment, and material handling issues
- Interpret technical drawings and part specifications accurately
- Apply and maintain quality control methods using GD&T;, FMEA,



control plans, 7 QC tools, and SPC
- Select and manage tooling and fixtures for optimal machining
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize hazards
- Report incidents and accidents promptly; encourage shop floor safety culture
- Conduct trainings and meetings to improve team engagement and consultation
- Collaborate effectively with machinists, engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Use CAD/CAM software (especially Mastercam) for process design and optimization
