Job Opening for Process Design Engineer/Manager at Kalpataru Projects International ltd-Thane

Summary: Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects.

Education :

BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

Experience

10 to 13 yrs years' experience in process plant (Only apply if have relevant yrs of experience)

Area of Responsibilities:

- Preparation of PFD & HMB.
- Preparation of P& IDs.
- Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.
- Development of process Equipment data sheets.
- Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.
- Review vendor drawings.
- Interaction with vendors/Clients & DECs.
- Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures
- Site visit when required.
- Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studies
- Attending FAT & SAT.
- Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

Competencies

- Knowledge of HYSYS,PROSIM,CHEMCAD
- Knowledge of Hydraulic calculations

Skills : Proficient in MS Office, Internet

Education :

BE/B.Tech (Chemical)
