ABOUT THE INSTITUTION

Nilachal Higher Secondary School is a reputed educational institution located in Bhubaneswar (near KIIT University, Sikharchandi Temple & Infocity Police Station). We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly visionary academic leader for the position of Principal / Vice Principal to head and manage our +2 Science stream.

JOB PROFILE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Admissions Management: Lead student admission drives, counseling, marketing strategy, and enrollment procedures for the +2 Science course.
- Academic Administration: Design, monitor, and enforce academic calendars, class timetables, syllabus completion, and faculty performance for +2 Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, IT/CS).
- Examination Management: Plan and supervise internal unit tests, term exams, Council (CHSE) Board examinations, practical lab assessments, and result analysis.




- General Administration: Manage daily school operations, student discipline, parent-teacher interaction, non-teaching staff supervision, and institutional compliance.
- Faculty Leadership: Mentor, guide, and evaluate teaching faculty to maintain high academic standards and student performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Educational Qualification: Post Graduation (M.Sc.) in any Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) or Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Experience Requirement: Must have prior administrative experience serving in the post of Principal or Vice Principal in Higher Secondary (+2) or Senior Secondary schools.
- Age Criteria: 61 Years or Below.
- Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong academic leadership, administrative control, crisis management, and excellent communication skills in Odia and English.
