Job Title: Principal (Engineering College / Pharmacy College / ITI College)

Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced and energetic Principals for our Engineering College, Pharmacy College, and ITI College. The ideal candidate should have strong academic leadership, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage institutional operations while ensuring compliance with the respective regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all academic and administrative operations of the institution.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, PCI, NCVT/SCVT, DGT, and University norms as applicable.
- Develop and implement academic policies and institutional strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline.
- Coordinate accreditation, inspections, audits, and statutory documentation.
- Promote research, innovation, industry collaboration, and placement activities.




- Build strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare budgets, institutional reports, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in academic quality and institutional growth.

Eligibility:

- Ph.D. in Engineering / Pharmacy (Preferred for Engineering & Pharmacy Colleges) or qualifications as per AICTE/PCI norms.
- For ITI: Qualification as per DGT/NCVT/SCVT norms.
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in an academic leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, Dean, or Head of Department.
- Strong knowledge of AICTE, PCI, NCVT/SCVT, DGT, NAAC/NBA, and University regulations (as applicable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and administrative skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
