We are looking for a Principal Project Manager, Skilled Services to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, customer-facing cybersecurity programs from initiation through closure, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will combine a strong background in professional services delivery with a practical understanding of how AI technologies can optimize service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and driving governance through regular steering meetings and executive updates
- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, product teams, engineering, and customer leadership
- Mentor project managers to drive delivery efficiency and continuous process improvement

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Demonstrated experience managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience
- Active Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Experience leveraging AI-driven project management tools, predictive analytics, or automation frameworks to optimize resource allocation, track milestones, and streamline professional services delivery
- Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and use cases relevant to service delivery or customer transformation
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or experience delivering large, complex programs with multiple workstreams
