We are looking for a new principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning setting for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Core Responsibilities

- Instructional Leadership: Develop, evaluate, and monitor curriculum standards to ensure academic excellence and compliance with educational board regulations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff, and facilitate ongoing professional development.
- Student Affairs & Discipline: Enforce school policies, establish behavioural expectations, and counsel students to foster a positive,



bias-free learning environment.
- Administration & Finance: Oversee daily operations, manage institutional budgets, maintain school facilities, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Community Relations: Communicate effectively with parents, address community concerns, and represent the school at district or board levels

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Required a Master's degree in Education along with a Master Degree in a Subject.
- Experience: Required 10 years of experience in teaching and administrative (principal or Vice Principal) role.

Key Skills: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of education sector rules and regulations.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
