We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Vulnerability & Remediation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Linux infrastructure, particularly in RHEL environments, and will be responsible for identifying and coordinating the remediation of vulnerabilities across operating systems, containers, and applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and recommend automation strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of RHEL 7 and RHEL 9 environments.
- Proficient in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in vulnerability management and remediation coordination.
- Familiarity with RPM packaging.
- Exposure to CI/CD and automation practices.
- Experience with container technologies: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills:





- Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Proficiency in Ansible for automation and configuration management.

Responsibilities:

- Identify vulnerabilities within Linux operating systems, containers, and applications.
- Coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
- Recommend and implement reusable automation solutions and AI-driven remediation strategies.
- Perform Linux administration and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and security.
- Package and manage RPMs for software deployment and updates.
- Utilize CI/CD practices to streamline deployment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with container technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes to ensure secure and productive application deployment.
- Leverage tools like Jenkins and Ansible for automation and orchestration of infrastructure tasks.
