Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the engineering team across product development and platform initiatives.

- Gain deep understanding of existing products, architecture, customer requirements, and technical debt.

- Drive the evolution of products toward multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

- Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and coding practices.

- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.

- Personally contribute to critical design and implementation activities.

- Improve engineering productivity through up-to-date AI-assisted development workflows.

- Partner with Product, Business Analysts, QA, and Leadership to deliver business outcomes.

- Drive release planning, sprint execution, quality, and delivery predictability.

- Establish scalable DevOps, observability, testing, and deployment practices.

Preferred candidate profile





- Candidates should demonstrate practical use of AI tools to accelerate software delivery.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and distributed systems.

- Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and cloud-native systems.

- Strong understanding of SaaS and multi-tenant platform design.

- Experience with tool like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and/or AWS.

- Well versed with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.

- Strong database design and performance optimization skills.

- Ability to evaluate and modernize existing architectures pragmatically.

- Agentic workflows and engineering automation.
