About the Role

What you'll build This is a highly customer-facing role responsible for shaping technology solutions, leading technical discovery workshops, designing scalable architectures, and building rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) that help customers realize the value of AI and modern engineering. You'll report to the Founder &

- CEO and work closely with Sales, Leadership, Engineering, and Delivery teams to convert customer challenges into winning technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement &
- Solutioning

- Lead technical discovery workshops with customers.

- Understand business challenges, technology landscape, and transformation opportunities.

- Design end-to-end AI, cloud, data, and application architectures.

- Recommend scalable, secure, and commercially viable solution approaches.

- Present technical solutions to both business and engineering stakeholders.

- AI Prototyping &

- POCs

- Build rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate customer use cases.

- Develop demonstrations involving LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, document intelligence, automation, and data platforms.

- Translate successful POCs into implementation roadmaps.

- Technical Pre-Sales

- Support proposals, RFPs, architecture reviews, technical presentations, and customer workshops.

- Provide solution estimates, delivery approaches, technical risks, and implementation strategies.

- Partner with Sales during strategic customer engagements.

- Delivery Enablement

- Prepare solution documentation and architecture artifacts.





- Support Sprint 0 planning and technical handover to engineering teams.

- Ensure successful transition from pre-sales into delivery.

- Innovation &

- Accelerators

- Build reusable AI accelerators, architecture templates, reference implementations, and demo environments.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical adoption strategies.

Qualifications

- 12–18 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.

- Solid customer-facing and pre-sales experience.

- Hands-on architecture and software development background.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and distributed systems.

- Practical experience with Generative AI and modern AI application development.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
