- Preparation of BPD (Business Process Document) with AS-IS and TO-BE Documents and get the signoff from Core Team and Process Owner.
- Identify the GAP and done the new developments as per the client requirements.
- Working on incident and change request ticket and enhancement.
- Attend customer call regular basis for recent change requirement and support.
- Support Testing team to execute these scenarios and provide Test data to them.
- Analyze the scenarios and Design the same test scenario in HPALM and WORKSOFT
- Participate in meetings to discuss the status and issues.
- Create document for executed scenario and provide KT to other members.
- Prepare Functional specification and helping technical team in TS.
- Work on Vistex ,chareback ,rebate agreement.
- Do S4 HANA
