- Manage pricing governance for Institutional Sales, including review of pricing requests, evaluation of business cases, and timely approval of day-to-day proposals.

- Monitor and analyze monthly Floor Price (FP), Floor Contribution (FC), price realization, and customer contribution to drive profitable growth.

- Prepare and publish periodic MIS, pricing dashboards, and business performance reports using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.

- Support pricing for project business, GeM tenders, and Key Account commercial proposals.

- Drive customer segmentation, pricing matrix maintenance, and compliance with pricing policies and approval frameworks. Track pricing exceptions and ensure adherence to pricing controls.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Commercial,



and IT teams to ensure seamless pricing execution and resolve operational issues.

- Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and commercial analysis to recommend pricing strategies and improve business competitiveness.

- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, analytics, and digital initiatives to enhance pricing efficiency.

- Support management with strategic pricing insights, profitability analysis, and other commercial decision-making requirements.

- Monitor daily Overdues, DSO performance, credit limit utilization, contract compliance, and other commercial governance activities.
