About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales Leader to drive strategic pursuits, large enterprise deal wins, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT services presales, solution consulting, enterprise sales support, and managing complex global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute presales strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

- Lead and manage end-to-end presales activities including RFP/RFI/RFQ qualification, solutioning, estimation, pricing, and proposal management.

- Drive large and complex enterprise deal pursuits ($10M+).

- Engage with CxO-level stakeholders through executive presentations, solution workshops, and strategic discussions.

- Translate customer business challenges into differentiated digital solutions.

- Collaborate with delivery, technology practices, alliances, and sales teams to ensure solution alignment.

- Build reusable solution assets, case studies, accelerators, and GTM collaterals.

- Partner with hyperscalers and technology partners for joint business initiatives.

- Track presales metrics including pipeline health,



win rates, and deal performance.

- Drive innovation using AI, GenAI, and automation in presales processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 15+ years of experience in IT Services industry.

- 8+ years of experience in Presales leadership roles.

- Strong experience in digital transformation, managed services, and enterprise solution selling.

- Proven success in leading and winning large ($10M+) complex deals.

- Solid experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ management and proposal strategy.

- Expertise in solution architecture, IT services pricing, and commercial models.

- Strong CxO engagement, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Experience managing global delivery models (onsite-offshore).

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Exposure to hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Understanding of Data, AI, and GenAI ecosystems.

Preferred Experience

- Experience across industries such as BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.

- MBA preferred.
