Job Summary The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying customer requirements, explaining project details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving bookings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and walk-in enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, approvals, and offers to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit scheduling and lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and site visit targets.




- Build strong relationships with customers to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and MIS updates.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
