Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in Ajmer.

The Presales

Engineer will work closely with the sales team and customers to understand technical requirements, design appropriate instrumentation and process optimization solutions, and prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, supporting proof-of-concept activities, responding to technical queries, and ensuring smooth handover to the implementation and service teams.

The Presales

Engineer will collaborate with internal engineering, R&D;,



and support teams to optimize solutions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of TIPL’s product portfolio and industry applications. The position also involves occasional customer site visits for technical discussions, solution validation, and training.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Presales and Sales skills, including requirements gathering, solution consulting, and proposal development.

Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to troubleshoot issues, answer technical queries, and assist customers and internal teams.

Candidates should possess Integration skills to design solutions that work with existing customer systems, instrumentation, and control platforms.

Candidates should possess Security-related understanding to address system reliability, safety, and compliance in industrial environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

Knowledge of industrial measurement, process control, or automation systems is highly beneficial.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and visit customer locations when required.

Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales support systems is an advantage.
