Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from property buyers.

- Qualification: Assess client budget, location preference, and purchase timeline to score lead quality.

- Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm property site visits for the closing sales team.

- CRM Tracking: Log all customer interactions accurately in the corporate CRM database.

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4 years in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer support.

- Communication: Transparent, persuasive speaking skills in local and regional languages.

- Market Knowledge: Understanding of local micro-markets, pricing, and ongoing residential or commercial projects.

- Tools: Proficiency with MS Office and standard CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
