Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 3–8 Years Motadata is looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to join our growing team in Navi Mumbai (candidates willing to relocate are also welcome).

What You'll Do Engage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements Conduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations Design solution architectures, technical proposals, SOWs, and BOMs Build and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer environments Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical consultation for enterprise opportunities Help customers modernize their IT Operations through Monitoring, Observability,



and ITSM solutions We're Looking For Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Setting Monitoring Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills If you're passionate about enterprise technology, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to work with a leading IT Operations & Observability platform, we'd love to hear from you.
