We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the presales team in identifying customer needs, assisting with solution development, and participating in the proposal and presales process.
This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to gain valuable experience in solutioning and presales and contribute to strategic decision-making in IT solutions. You will have exposure to working directly with the senior executive leadership of a fast-growing organization.
Internship & Conversion: This role begins as a 6-month internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time Presales Associate position based on performance.
What You Will Do:
1. Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients, helping senior team members to craft compelling pre-sales deliverables.
2. Work with cross-functional teams using tools like MS Teams, OneDrive, and presales templates to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
3. Learn to ask intelligent questions and conduct research to gain a deep understanding of customer stated and tacit needs and their business context.
4. Manage timely follow-ups, reminders, and coordination for internal stakeholders and external clients.
5. Assist in maintaining quality and consistency in proposal documents, ensuring accurate content, language, and format.

Help in creating client presentations, ensuring that all relevant information is well organized and visually appealing.
What You Will Bring:
1. BBA or any equivalent degree from a reputed institute
