- Title: Precision Operator (Trainee)

- Location: Waluj, MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

- Department: Production

- Reporting to: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and perform high-precision operations on critical components

- Ensure quality and consistency in every piece produced

- Follow all safety protocols and cleanliness standards

- Use basic measuring tools for checking accuracy (after training)

- Maintain proper documentation of work done

- Work closely with senior operators to understand process intricacies

- Handle tools and materials with discipline and care

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass, ITI (Fitter or similar), or equivalent preferred

- Freshers welcome; no prior technical knowledge required

- Physically fit and capable of handling tools and seated/manual work for extended hours

- Must be a fast learner with good attention to detail

- Willingness to work in a focused and high-accuracy environment

- Ready to commit to learning and becoming a long-term part of the team
