## Job Summary iWeen is looking for a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation and outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by creating a strong sales pipeline.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, online research, social media, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce iWeen's products and services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation and calling targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

## Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive conversation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services is an advantage.
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
