Role Description The Pre Sale Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Sholinganallur.

The Pre Sale

Executive will engage prospective learners and corporate clients, conduct needs assessments, and present suitable BIA courses and training solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting product presentations or demos, maintaining detailed records of leads, and following up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.



The role also involves coordinating with academic and operations teams to ensure accurate course information, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team with pre-sales documentation and reports.

Executive is expected to deliver a professional, consultative experience that aligns with BIA’s standards of global education and service.

Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex training programs clearly and professionally.
- Customer engagement and relationship-building skills, including experience in lead qualification, needs analysis, and consultative discussions.
- Basic understanding of education, training, or technology domains (such as data science, AI, cybersecurity, or digital marketing) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM or lead management tools, along with solid MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple prospects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in pre-sales, inside sales, academic counseling, or education consulting is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Sholinganallur and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
