Location: Calicut (Kozhikode), kunnamangalam , Wayanad Rd Near IIM , Kerala
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Update lead status in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly lead reports.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to site visit.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
