About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Pre-Counselling Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their study abroad aspirations, and scheduling counselling sessions with our senior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand students basic requirements, such as preferred country, course, and budget.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest level.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions/counselling team.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Assist in data management and lead allocation.
- Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with prospective students.
- Support the counselling team in achieving monthly targets.

Eligibility





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
