Position: Practice Lead - Catastrophe Modelling & Exposure Management

Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata

Role Overview

Senior leader accountable for shaping, architecting, and delivering client-centric catastrophe modelling and exposure management solutions. Owns the solution strategy, drives transformation programs, and partners across functions to translate client priorities into scalable, market-ready offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Transformation & Strategic Consulting
- Advise clients on catastrophe and exposure transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and capability uplift.
- Client Engagement and Solution Strengthening
- Lead the design and deployment of catastrophe and exposure solutions for insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
- Techno-Functional & Domain Leadership
- Operate as the subject-matter expert across catastrophe modelling and exposure management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration




- Partner with delivery, process excellence, digital platform, and data teams to co-create end-to-end solutions.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion solution innovation through modern tools, platforms, and engineering practices.

Domain & Functional

- Deep expertise in catastrophe modelling and exposure management across insurance, reinsurance, and broking.

Solutioning & Consulting
- Strong solution architecture credentials with demonstrated RFP / proposal leadership and pre-sales experience.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years in solutioning, consulting, or transformation roles, including 7+ years dedicated to catastrophe and exposure management.
- Demonstrated success working with global clients and multi-geography teams.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles and large-scale transformation programs.
