Key Responsibilities Production Planning Scheduling Prepare daily weekly and monthly production plans in line with customer orders and sales forecasts Schedule production activities by coordinating with production purchase and stores Optimize utilization of manpower machinery and materials Material Planning Coordination Coordinate with the purchase and stores team for timely availability of raw materials consumables and packaging materials Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions as required Support supply chain for vendor follow-ups to ensure timely material delivery Monitoring Control Track actual production vs plan and take corrective actions in case of delays or deviations Maintain production-related data reports and consumption records Coordinate with quality team to ensure adherence to product standards and specifications Reporting MIS Prepare and share daily weekly monthly MIS on production status material consumption and order execution Report any bottlenecks capacity constraints or material shortages to management Support cost control and productivity improvement initiatives Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of production planning scheduling and material management Excellent in Ms word Excel Hands-on experience with ERP SAP for production and inventory modules Strong coordination and communication abilities across departments Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Educational Qualification Experience B Tech BE Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or MBA in Operations 8 years of experience in production planning control in manufacturing industry No transport or conveyance facility will be provided interested candidates can WhatsApp their cvs on (phone hidden) or email at hqhrteam1 sanandgroup com Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
