Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet business goals - Coordinate with procurement production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency - Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods - Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards - Prepare and present reports on production performance and metrics - Lead and manage the production planning and control team - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives - Implement and maintain production planning and control systems Required Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Production Management or a related field - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production planning and control with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role - Proven track record of managing production schedules and optimizing manufacturing processes Preferred Qualifications - Certifications in production planning lean manufacturing or related fields e g APICS CPIM - Master s degree in a relevant field is preferred Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person Application Deadline 11 08 2025 Expected Start Date 11 08 2025
