Job Title: PPC Engineer Company: Mark Constech Location: Airawat Industrial Park, Jhulasan, Kadi Job Objective- To ensure effective production planning, material availability, and production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery, optimum inventory levels, productive utilization of manufacturing resources. Job Responsibilities- 1.

Production

Planning- · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and forecasts. · Develop production schedules considering machine capacity, manpower, and material availability. · Monitor production progress and revise schedules whenever required. 2.

Production

Control- · Track production against the plan and ensure adherence to delivery commitments. · Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments. · Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions. 3.

Material

Planning- · Monitor rawmaterial and component requirements. · Coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely procurement. · Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production. 4.

Inventory





Management- · Maintain optimum inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. · Reduce excess inventory and improve inventory turnover.

- MIS&Reporting-; · Prepare daily production reports and planning MIS. · Monitor production efficiency and schedule adherence. · Maintain production planning records and documentation. 6.

Process

Improvement- · Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives. · Improveproductionplanningsystemsandreduceleadtime. · Participate in continuous improvement projects. Competencies- Production Planning&Scheduling;, Capacity Planning, Material Requirement Planning(MRP), Bill of Materials(BOM), ERP/MRP Systems, inventory Management, Production MIS, MS Excel(Advanced), Production Documentation, Supply Chain Coordination Education- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering,or equivalent. Experience- 2–6 years of experience in Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing industry.
