Role Description This is a contract, on-site Power BI Developer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Power BI Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into transparent, actionable insights.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand data needs, building data models, integrating data from multiple sources, and optimizing performance of Power BI solutions. The role involves collaborating with data engineers and business teams on ETL workflows,



validating data accuracy, and implementing best practices in data visualization and governance. The Power BI Developer will also document solutions, provide user support and training, and contribute to continuous improvement of BI and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Minimum 5+ Years Exp. in Data Modeling and designing scalable, efficient Power BI data structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in building and maintaining Dashboards, including interactive visualizations and self-service BI reports.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Data Warehousing, including working with structured data repositories and understanding dimensional modeling.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, including data integration, cleansing, and preparation for reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL is highly beneficial.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as Azure) and BI security and governance practices will be an added advantage.
